In our first installment of case study monday we take a look at Jake L.’s case in Sacramento county.
Jake Called RPC the first week back from his vacation. He just had received his property tax bill and thought that it was too high for what his property was actually worth. He told our account mangers that he couldn’t sell the property for what the county had valued it at.
Our assessment team took a look at the property and quickly realized Jake’s property, a 30k Sqft office building, was a great candidate for an appeal.
