Kristen Patterson Joins RPC as Senior Account Executive

RPC Property Tax Advisors has announced that Kristen Patterson has joined the company as a Senior Account Executive, according to Ken Sullivan, managing principal of RPC, the San Diego-based commercial property tax refund and reduction experts.

Patterson will seek out and service major clients in commercial real estate related industries, including partnerships with attorneys, certified public accountants, commercial property managers and commercial real estate developers, etc. She will also be responsible for existing client follow up and customer service.

“Kristen’s addition to the RPC team will serve to further enhance our growth throughout San Diego and California as she spearheads our efforts to develop strategic partnerships among a variety of new and existing clients through our RPC Partners Program™,” Sullivan said. “Kristen will help RPC spread the word to commercial real estate related service providers about the importance of reducing one of the property owner’s largest reoccurring expenses — property taxes.”

Patterson brings over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry to the RPC team. After receiving a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, she worked in both the Audit and Tax departments of Price Waterhouse in Century City. Upon returning to her hometown of San Diego, Patterson then pursued a successful career in real estate development, finance and asset management. She has served as Development Finance Manager for H. G. Fenton Company and as the Regional Vice President of Finance during a nine-year tenure with the Lennar Corporation.

Patterson lives with her husband and three children in Carmel Valley.
