RPC’s 24/7 Client Information Portal

Clients receive 24/7 access to RPC’s website Client Portal for updates and reports on the status of their assessment appeal.

Due to the length of time involved in the start to finish of an assessment appeal, we receive emails and phone calls daily inquiring about the status of their appeals cases.

In an effort to provide the best possible service to our clients we developed the RPC website client portal.

Simply go to our website www.rpcpropertytax.com and click on client portal tab. Enter your user name and password and a list of your property tax appeal cases will appear.

Information will include the appeal tax year, property address and the case status number/description.

The report is produced as a .pdf file so it is easy to print, email or fax to any interested parties.

Property management professionals will often include it in their monthly report to property owners adding value to their service.
